Michael S. Brown is is a former prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office in Orange and Osceola County. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, he transitioned into private legal practice as a Civil Litigator and Criminal Defense Attorney. For over 12 years in private practice, Mr. Brown has utilized his experience to protect the rights of those accused of criminal offenses in Orlando and throughout the Central Florida area

Attorney Michael S. Brown also practices civil litigation in the areas of foreclosure, breaches of contract, and insurance defense.

While most attorneys are admitted to practice in a few Judicial Courts, Mr Brown is admitted to practice in every Court in the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and all three Florida Federal Courts.

Michael S. Brown is also very involved in his community, volunteering his time as a board member of the Skobel Charitable Foundation, volunteering with the children of Teen Court as a Judge and Jury Adviser, and has been recognized by the Orange County Bar and the Florida Supreme Court for his pro bono work.
